If you lose the CDKEY after your product has been registered, you can retrieve the CDKEY by clicking on the “Retrieve CDKEY” under the CDKEY field found here.
If your application server has changed due to damage or computer upgrade, you must install the software at the new application server computer and re-register your product. For product re-registration, please click here.
If you damage/delete the license file by mistake, or you want to upgrade the product, add more users or add company data file, you must re-download and import the license file. For license re-download, please click here.
