Mr. XU graduated from the Southeast University in Computer Science and achieved a Master of Accounting from the Research Institute for Fiscal Science, Ministry of Finance and an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from China Europe International Business School. He is a Government Special Allowance Expert awarded by the State Council.

Mr. XU was a member of the Standing Committee of Shenzhen Municipal People’s Congress, a member of the Ninth Central Committee of China Democratic National Construction Association, a member of the Accounting and Information Technology Commission of the Ministry of Finance, and vice chairman of China Siyuan Foundation. He has received many honors and awards, including “World Indigenous Entrepreneur Award of the United Nations”, “Outstanding Leader of China’s Information Industry”，and “Top 30 Contributors to the Economy of Shenzhen in the 3 Decades of Reform and Open-Door Policy”. 

In addition, Mr. XU, as co-founder of The China Management Model 50+ Forum (C50+) , has a dream about the rise of Chinese management model in the world and is committed to accelerating Chinese enterprises’ management upgrade .
